Slow Style Mindset is an easy to follow four step plan that will take you on a journey to change your shopping habits for the better, enhance your confidence & clarity of mind.  All with support, community & without overwhelm.   

Fast Fashion erupted onto the scene in the 90s & low cost catwalk trends suddenly became accessible to all.  Add into the mix the rise of Social Media & many of us have ended up with wardrobes brimming with clothes but in the process lost both our style identity & confidence. Shopping frequently in one-stop-shop brands has become a way of life & the thought of adopting a new approach can feel completely overwhelming.

    ‘In order to move forward, we first have to look back’.

    An introduction to Slow Style Mindset, this chapter will help you understand your own personal style & provide you with important information to digest as you start your journey. You will need to dig deep & honestly evaluate your current shopping habits and relationship with style.

    ‘An organised, decluttered wardrobe promotes a calm mind’.

    You will receive a personalised bodyshape analysis & step by step guide to completing a Wardrobe Detox without overwhelm. In addition, tips & tricks to manage your wardrobe effectively going forward.

  • 0 3 . U N D E R S T A N D

    ‘Knowledge is Power’.

    In this section of the plan you will learn the impact the fashion industry currently has on the environment and communities making our clothes. This easy to digest section of the plan will help you to make better choices when adding to your wardrobe.

  • 0 4 . I M P L E M E N T

    ‘Do something today that your future self will thank you for’

    Tools & tips to help you embrace Slow Style long term and avoid falling back into old habits of overwhelm & confusion.

  • This plan is self paced. You will need to complete a questionnaire at the end of each chapter to receive the next section of the plan. I would suggest committing to complete the plan within four to six weeks as you will achieve the best results if you have continuity.

  • When you buy the plan you will be sent details to add yourself to the private Slow Style Mindset Facebook group.

  • When you return part one of the plan, you will be asked to submit a picture of yourself in your gym clothes.

    The images will allow a body shape analysis to be sent out with part two of the plan. All images will be deleted once the body shape analysis has been sent out.

  • Not at all! The plan will give you the tools to make better choices and help you discover new ways of shopping. Fast Fashion is a big part of many of our lives - the most important thing is to slow down and make better choices.

    Once you have competed the plan, you may find that fast fashion doesn’t have the same shine as it used to or you may decide you don’t need to purchase as often as you have been. Both are positive steps in the right direction.

  • The complete four part plan is included (see above), together with a body shape analysis, virtual support where needed and access to the Slow Style Mindset community on Facebook.

  • The plan includes video content, tasks and reading.

    The Plan consists of four parts.

    When you sign up to The Plan you will be emailed a PDF of Part One - Intro & Analyse. At the end of each part you work through there is a questionnaire and, one submitted, it triggers the next part of The Plan to be sent to you by email.
